The position is located in Montreal.?Role:Accountable for documentation and integration of complete RFP process and its improvements Document ??Current State?? of RFP Processes Document ??Future State?? of RFP Processes Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements in RFP process Coordinates with individuals accountable for quality assessment to help identify and understand process risks and/or needed quality checks for inclusion in audit processes. Conduct gap analysis between current state workflow and future workflow Document changes resulting from process improvements Work with individuals accountable to produce related procedural and training documentation Ensure cross project business process dependencies are well understood between teams Provide best practices and benchmarks of RFP processes in financial industry ??Requirement or Qualifications: 4 to 5 years of process improvement experience Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) in English (more) & French Strong organizational skills Analytical skills Training or certification in LEAN required Visio experience required MS Office experience required Experience in process flows and gap analysis ?
